Therapy and breathwork
Already in the beginning of my work as a psychologist I felt a longing. A wish for more.
I did not know what I was longing for, but now I do know. It was about wanting to connect body and mind in a deep and profound way.
That is why I work with a combination of regular therapy through conversation and breathwork today.
